Jeff Mastromonico

I started karate at the age of 13 when my best friend, Jeff Smoak was getting his black belt. For me karate was the thing that gave me confidence, gave me strength (mentally and physically) and many lasting friendships that continue today. When family and work finally forced me to no longer participate on a regular basis, I had been with Mike Hess for almost 20 years getting my Black Belt at 19. One of my greatest achievements.

I currently live in Aiken with my wife and 2 sons. I am the Director of Technology Enhanced Learning and Innovation at Augusta University as well as a practicing, semi-professional musician.
